Commissions

A Pro Member is not guaranteed to get paid unless you have referred at least one Paid Member. However, everyone can request that their commissions be traded with advertising package and we promise to treat them with greater value. Make sure you do not come to Traffic Ad Exchange (TAE) to click for money alone. Although we offer Cash Rewards we should not be treated like a Paid-to-Click Program. We do not pay Inactive Members. Active Members means: must be logging in regularly, posting and viewing ads including Free Ads.

REWARDS and BONUSES

We are happy to reward active members. Points earned can be traded for cash per request. However, we decide on your points and we do not guarantee that everyone’s request will be granted. Once you have requested trading points to cash, you also agree that some of the points will be traded for advertising package. We promise to treat them with greater value. Trading Points to Cash is only a “reward” and should not be treated as “ACTUAL CASH COMMISSION”. We can CANCEL, change, refuse to give or take back any bonus or reward that was offered.

You agree to only create 1 account.

EMAILS

By joining Traffic Ad Exchange (TAE), you agree to receive up to 7 emails every 24hrs from support@trafficadexchange.com. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails as NOT SPAM. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer.

Posting Text Ads

• Ad posts with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or inappropriate sites will be deleted and your account terminated.
• No promotion of illegal activity; all ads must comply with federal and state laws.
• No racist, hateful, or misleading ads.
• Links must point to HTML pages only (no e-books, zip files, or downloads).
• URLs must not break frames and no profanity is allowed.

Refunds & SPAM

NO REFUNDS: All purchases are final and non-tangible. Filing a chargeback will result in account termination and loss of all earned commissions.

SPAM POLICY: We have a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming is subject to termination and potential civil/criminal prosecution, including fines up to $50,000.
