Administrator review required before publication. This is a configurable starting document, not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy assessment. The site operator should identify its legal entity, contact details, legal bases, retention and data-subject processes.
Data processed
Traffic Ad Exchange can process account information, security logs, website addresses, analytics events, session tokens, approximate IP-based country, referrer information, advertising delivery and qualification events, and payment order identifiers.
Why information is used
Information supports account access, platform security, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising delivery, financial reconciliation and customer support. Some tracking features use browser identifiers and may be restricted by browser settings or local privacy laws.
Security and retention
Account passwords are hashed. Merchant and configured SMTP/CAPTCHA credentials use encrypted storage. The operator must set suitable event retention periods, restrict administrator access, schedule backups and configure email/domain controls. Security measures reduce but do not remove risk.
Your choices
You can contact the operator about access, correction, deletion and account inquiries, subject to lawful financial recordkeeping requirements. Where applicable, the operator must provide consent and opt-out controls before non-essential tracking.
